I’m Dawnie Welham – an artist, wildlife enthusiast and brain surgery survivor. Being creative is helping me to power through my recovery and adapt to who I am now.

It’s all about capturing characters with pastels, pencils and ink! My original artwork and professional prints are available to explore (you can send suggestions to me on here or social media too).

I really enjoy taking on pet portraits – from dearest dogs and perfect poochies, to fabulous felines and classy cats, glamorous guineapigs, luscious llamas and mighty mice. You can find out more about commissions here.
