Q. Are the prints good quality?
Absolutely – My prints are all produced in the UK using the very best digital Giclee printing. The best archival quality 300gsm paper and pigment-based, fade resistant inks are used. Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity, in an acid free mount and cellophane wrapped ready for you to frame. Our specialist printer is registered with the Fine Art Trade Guild who verify the high standard of prints. Each print is also registered with the guild through ArtSure, the independent quality assurance scheme for digital fine art prints.
Q. What sizes are your prints?
Our prints come in 3 sizes-
A5 prints measure 148mm x 210mm including mount
A4 prints measure 210mm x 297mm including mount
A3 prints measure 297mm x 420mm including mount
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal for secure, convenient card processing. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal.
If you receive a gateway error during checkout it could be an issue with your credit/debit card billing address or security code. Please verify the address of the card with your issuing bank and try again. If you are still having trouble, use our contact form to let us know!

Q. Where do you ship from?
All artwork prints are posted direct from our professional independent printer, right here in the U.K.
Q. Where are the prints made?
All Dawnie Kenyon Artwork is created and printed in the UK.
Q. How do I follow the is the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your purchase. A second email will be sent once your order has been posted with tracking details.
Q. I didn’t get a confirmation email, what can I do?
Please check your spam, and if your email address has been mistyped, then use our contact form to get in touch so we can help.
Q. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped out, you will receive an email update with the tracking number. Your tracking number sometimes won’t be recognised until up to 24 hours after your order has shipped.
Q. My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
If your order has shipped, we recommend checking both your tracking details and with your neighbours. If you require further help, please use our contact form to get in touch.
Q. Are original artworks available to buy?
Yes – original artworks are available directly from Dawnie and can be bought through this online shop. Some have already been sold though, and once they’re gone, they’re gone! (New artworks will regularly be added, and updates shared on social media.)
